Gavin invites designated safeguarding officers and leads from our congregations to a conversation centered on how to work together to develop safeguarding best practices in our respective settings. As part of our discussion, we intend to explore why safeguarding is important, identify the barriers and challenges we face, and discuss how we can collaborate, support one another, and develop best practices together. As safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and we all have a role to play, this conversation is open to all.
